We are recruiting for a Lounge Manager to oversee all-day dining and afternoon tea within a prestigious 5-star hotel in London. This is a high-visibility operation particularly during afternoon tea and peak weekend services.

- 41200 per annum plus 10000 service charge (negotiable)
- 40-hour contract

Responsibilities as the Lounge Manager
- Leading and inspiring a large front-of-house team within a high-profile lounge operation
- Driving standards across breakfast all-day dining and afternoon tea service
- Upholding precision and composure during busy services
- Creating a warm polished and memorable guest experience through visible floor presence
Were looking for someone from a strong 5-star or fine dining background who combines structure with personality. You must be comfortable managing a large team while maintaining elegance.
This role suits a manager who enjoys being visible driving atmosphere and ensuring guests feel both impressed and completely at ease.
