Immediate Start 3-Month FTC Scarborough (weekly office presence)
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist to join us on a3-month fixed-term contract. If youre immediately available love end-to-end recruitment and are happy to be in our Scarborough office at least once a week read on.
Youll partner closely with leaders and HR to own the full hiring journey across your business area (Manufacturing) from sharp vacancy briefs and smart sourcing (hello LinkedIn Recruiter) to delivering a brilliant candidate and hiring manager experience.
Youll need:
End-to-end recruitment experience (manufacturing a big plus)
Strong direct sourcing and stakeholder partnering skills
Confidence using data market insight and ATS systems (SAP SuccessFactors ideal)
A hands-on organised approach you get things done
- A Full UK driving licence as some travel to our plants may also be required
