We are looking for YOU as Mechatronics Product Technical Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Bietigheim.

These challenges await you:

• Ensure smooth communication between the R&D Team and customer in regards to all R&D related topics at mechanics and electronics level.

• Responsibility of the Work Package related budget and efficiency.

• Responsibility of delivering samples on time to ensure success of the project.

• Taking part in supplier negotiations to ensure sample delivery on time with right quality.

• Call for the necessary design reviews.

• Representing the Mechatronic function of the product to the customer breaking down the customers (external or internal) requirements and needs.

• Identification of needs in terms of resources investments and equipment.

• Responsibility for communication with production plants and preparing good starting conditions for future mass production.

• Establish simple break down of activities to meet the customer delivery on time.

• Daily management of all team members (HW and mechatronics engineers and technicians) and project contributors assigning tasks tracking the progress.

You inspire us with that:

• Education in a technical field (preferably Mechatronics Mechanical Electronic or Electrical Engineering).

• Experience within R&D environment in automotive.

• Experience with mechatronics development.

• Experience with industrialization or new production launch including communication with suppliers.

• Good command of English & German (spoken and written).

• Good command with G-Suite and MS-office tools.

• Leadership mindset to work with worldwide teams.
