Plan de formación propuesto
Eldepartamento de Marketingen GSK está en la vanguardia de la promoción y estrategia para productos farmacéuticos con especial énfasis en las vacunas. Este equipo es clave para impulsar el crecimiento y la presencia de GSK en el mercado farmacéutico.
Los participantes de este programa de prácticas en GSK bajo el marco delPrograma CITIUSexperimentarán una transición fluida entre su formación académica y la aplicación práctica de sus conocimientos y habilidades en un entorno empresarial real. Esta experiencia les permitirá aplicar directamente los conceptos y teorías aprendidos en sus estudios universitarios y en el programa CITIUS a situaciones reales en el campo delmarketing farmacéutico.
Objetivos Formativos:
- Integración de conocimientos académicos en marketing y ciencias de la salud con la experiencia práctica en el diseño y desarrollo de estrategias de marketing para vacunas.
- Aprendizaje práctico sobre el desarrollo e implementación de acciones de marketing vinculado con los principios teóricos aprendidos en el Programa CITIUS.
- Experiencia en la gestión de materiales promocionales y análisis de mercado complementando la formación académica con habilidades prácticas esenciales en el sector farmacéutico.
- Gestión del presupuesto promocional y seguimiento de la eficacia de las estrategias de marketing en consonancia con los conocimientos financieros y analíticos desarrollados en el programa.
Requisitos Básicos:
- Estudiante de grado universitario a falta de TFG/PFC o Titulado/a de grado universitario o Titulado/a pre-Bolonia universitario:Grado en Bioquímica y Ciencias Biomédicas Grado en Bioquímica Grado en Biología Grado en Farmacia o carreras similares
- Nivel C1 de Inglés.
Aptitudes del Candidato:
- Habilidad en el manejo de herramientas como Excel y PowerPoint.
- Excelencia académica demostrada.
- Características personales como proactividad capacidad de trabajo en equipo orientación al logro y habilidades organizativas.
