Role Overview:
As a Sales & Marketing Specialist you will act as a trusted partner for businesses starting with Google Ads. From account setup to campaign activation and initial optimizations you will guide clients through the onboarding phasehelping them establish a solid base for sustained growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers ensuring a smooth setup and activation process

Strategic Guidance: Understand client goals and recommend tailored advertising strategies to meet their objectives

Campaign Execution: Build launch and optimize PPC campaigns in line with best practices and performance goals

Client Communication: Engage with advertisers via calls virtual meetings and email to provide ongoing support and insights

Growth Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and scaling by introducing advanced features and strategies

Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs identify trends and adjust campaigns to improve results

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1 level)
- Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
