负责整矿无人驾驶系统的仿真架构设计与开发涵盖后台控制系统仿真无人驾驶车辆仿真子系统仿真以及无人驾驶算法的仿真与测试确保系统在虚拟环境中实现高效验证与迭代降低现场测试风险并提升开发效率
主要职责
系统级仿真架构设计
o 构建整矿无人驾驶方案的仿真平台支持多车辆多场景协同测试
o 定义矿山无人驾驶系统多层次仿真需求并交付仿真方案
后台控制系统仿真
o 实现调度系统任务分配路径规划等后台逻辑的仿真验证
无人驾驶车辆与子系统仿真
o 开发车辆动力学模型传感器模型支持单车及多车场景测试
o 针对关键子系统感知控制通信进行独立仿真与集成验证
算法仿真与测试
o 搭建算法仿真环境验证路径规划调度避障等核心算法性能与鲁棒性
场景构建与测试用例开发
o 基于煤矿无人驾驶场景设计典型工况与边界条件生成测试场景库
性能分析与优化
o 通过仿真数据分析发现系统瓶颈并提出优化建议支持迭代开发
工具链与平台维护
o 维护仿真工具链支持自动化测试与持续集成提升开发效率
任职资格
学历与专业硕士及以上车辆工程计算机仿真工程或相关专业
经验要求
o 6 年以上系统仿真或无人驾驶相关经验有工业场景或矿山项目经验优先
技术能力
o 熟悉仿真平台如 CARLAPreScanGazeboUnity动力学建模传感器仿真
o 掌握 C/Python/ROS具备算法验证与测试经验
o 了解分布式仿真架构实时仿真优化数据分析工具
通用能力良好的跨团队沟通能力问题分析与解决能力能适应矿区现场调试

有无人驾驶系统全栈仿真经验车辆后台算法一体化
熟悉数字孪生技术场景生成与自动化测试平台开发
有高性能计算GPU 加速或云端仿真部署经验
