Restaurant General Manager

New Steakhouse

Pay 80k to 90k

Our General Managers are responsible for maintaining high standards throughout all operations including but not limited to food quality service execution and positive team environment. Our General Managers must be able to remain calm and composed in high pressure situations. The General Manager leads the operation of the restaurant and has overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including food and beverage preparation service and delivery guests relations restaurant maintenance and repair inventory management team management recruiting hiring termination and retention of team members financial accountability and ensuring the highest quality of products and services are delivered to each guest.

PRE-REQUISITES:

2 years full-service restaurant experience as a General Manager

Be an expert in Iconic Hospitality

Must have solid communication and organizational skills

Qualifications:

The Restaurant General Manager should act as a brand ambassador for our company at all times

The Restaurant General Manager must live by a guest orientated philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things

A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant General Manager

A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
