Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Lead

Description -

We are looking for aGotoMarket (GTM) StrategyLeadto drive HPs most critical commercial strategy initiatives. This role requires a seasoned strategy leader with strong firstprinciples thinking advanced AIdriven analytical capabilities deep GTMexpertise and the ability to lead and influence at the executive level. You willownthe development of multiyear GTM strategies guide crossfunctional transformation and accelerate HPs commercial performance across regions segments and routes to market.

This is an ideal role for a leader who thrives in highly dynamic environments enjoys solving complex global problems and wants to make a material impact on HPs growth trajectory. You will shape what we sell how we sell where we sell and to whom we sell and drive the execution needed to make it real.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the creation evolution and execution ofHPs global and segment-level GTM strategy including segmentation RTM design competitiveanalysisandensuring alignment with corporate priorities andlong termgrowth ambitions.

  • Create multiyear roadmaps that integrate customer insights market dynamics competitive intelligence and financial modeling.

  • OptimizeGTM mixes and 4P/3C frameworks to maximize revenue margin and coverage efficiency.

  • Drive high impactcrossfunctional initiatives across Sales Marketing Product Category Finance and Transformation teams.

  • Define OKRs/KPIs andestablishrigorous measurement frameworks to track GTM performance.

  • Provide executive-level storytelling and influence; guide decision-making across VP and C suite stakeholders.

  • MentorGo-to-marketstrategists structure complex workstreams and ensure clear execution in ambiguous environments.

  • Leverage AI automation and advanced analytics (Power BI Excel M365/OpenAI agents) to generate insights and scale impact.

What You Bring

  • 10 years of experience in Strategy Consulting Product or Commercial leadership roles.

  • Deep GTM strategyexpertise: segmentation RTM strategy multiyear planning competitive intelligence and 4P/3C optimization.

  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence executives at the highest levels.

  • Strong analytical modeling and datastorytelling capabilities; skilled in applying AI advanced analytics and smart automation to accelerate strategy work.

  • Knowledge of B2B enterprise and B2C hardware businesses channel/partner models and hardware market dynamics.

  • High ownership curiosity structured problem-solving and strong program management skills.

The base pay range for this role is $169000 to $249000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).Pay varies by work location job-related knowledge skills and experience.
