Beach Front Property Management is expanding its Commercial Division and were looking for a strong strategic Commercial Property Supervisor to lead a high-performing portfolio of retail industrial and mixed-use assets totaling 500000 square feet.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role: This is an operational leadership role with visibility ownership and influence.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Oversee daily operations across a commercial portfolio (retail industrial)
• Lead and mentor on-site teams vendors and contractors
• Serve as the primary contact for ownership groups
• Deliver financial reporting budgeting and forecasting
• Execute CAM reconciliations and expense controls
• Drive tenant retention and professional lease administration
• Manage capital improvements and property repositioning initiatives
• Conduct property inspections across LA & OC
• Utilize Yardi Voyager (Commercial) for reporting lease tracking and financial management
• Contribute to the strategic growth of our commercial department

• 5 years of commercial property management experience (retail & industrial required)
• Strong CAM reconciliation and lease administration knowledge
• Leadership experience managing staff and vendors
• Yardi Voyager (Commercial) proficiency (required)
• Comfortable traveling between LA and OC properties
• Bachelors degree preferred
• CPM RPA Real Estate License is a plus
