Beach Front Property Management is expanding its Commercial Division and were looking for a strong strategic Commercial Property Supervisor to lead a high-performing portfolio of retail industrial and mixed-use assets totaling 500000 square feet.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role: This is an operational leadership role with visibility ownership and influence.

What Youll Be Responsible For
- Oversee daily operations across a commercial portfolio (retail industrial)
- Lead and mentor on-site teams vendors and contractors
- Serve as the primary contact for ownership groups
- Deliver financial reporting budgeting and forecasting
- Execute CAM reconciliations and expense controls
- Drive tenant retention and professional lease administration
- Manage capital improvements and property repositioning initiatives
- Conduct property inspections across LA & OC
- Utilize Yardi Voyager (Commercial) for reporting lease tracking and financial management
- Contribute to the strategic growth of our commercial department
Requirements
- 5 years of commercial property management experience (retail & industrial required)
- Strong CAM reconciliation and lease administration knowledge
- Leadership experience managing staff and vendors
- Yardi Voyager (Commercial) proficiency (required)
- Comfortable traveling between LA and OC properties
- Bachelors degree preferred
- CPM RPA Real Estate License is a plus
