QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- At least 15 years in accounting operations preferably in manpower logistics or other volume-based industries.
- Strong familiarity with Philippine government reportorial requirements (BIR SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG DOLE).
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams delegate tasks and drive performance.
- Analytical mindset detail-oriented strong organizational and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including payroll billing collections and disbursements.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Supervise reconciliation of accounts and monitoring of cash flow.
- Oversee preparation and submission of government-mandated reports (BIR SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG DOLE).
- Ensure adherence to Philippine taxation laws labor regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors.
- Utilize and optimize accounting systems (in-house or third-party).
- Implement process improvements for efficiency in high-volume transactions.
- Safeguard data integrity and accuracy in financial records.
- Lead and mentor accounting staff payroll specialists and billing teams.
- Develop training programs to strengthen technical and compliance knowledge.
- Foster collaboration with HR operations and logistics units for seamless service delivery
