Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership for a team of engineers for all product design aspects of the LMS100
Ensure that safety is embedded in every aspect of our product
Strong focus on maintaining and improving quality
Assure all component designs meet requirements
Support and coordinate with interfacing organizations such as manufacturing sourcing services global engineering and systems engineering
Support service programs fulfillment and New Product Introduction (NPI)
Provide strong guidance and contribution to Product Cost Out (PCO) and design to cost projects
Communicate progress to all levels of the organization
Mentor and develop less experienced personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Engineering
8 years of mechanical chemical or electrical engineering experience
Eligibility Requirements
This role is onsite in HoustonTX with a hybrid schedule.
