Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership: Oversee GL AP/AR payroll and cash management; advise leadership on risks and performance trends.
Portfolio Oversight: Lead monthly financial closes for all managed hotels in compliance with USALI and GAAP.
Property Support: Partner with General Managers to strengthen financial discipline and support new hotel transitions.
Controls & Compliance: Implement internal controls to safeguard assets manage cash flow and coordinate annual audits/tax filings.
Team Development: Mentor accounting staff and train property leaders on financial literacy and P&L management.
Qualifications & Competencies
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
Experience: 510 years of progressive accounting experience (Hospitality or multi-unit preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in USALI GAAP and hospitality systems (M3 ADP PMS/POS).
Attributes: Strong analytical rigor strategic thinking and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
