Responsibilities
Provides sales and service to participants covering a wide range of products but not limited to advice brokerage and short-term savings solutions. Understands and incorporates key pieces of both workplace and brokerage acumen.
Follows up with Participants on leads and money movement as temporary point of contact.
Provides feedback and participates in the development of the future of this evolving role.
Participates in sales meetings events and other logistics for sales related activities. Gathers metrics for data analysis.
Improves sales and client relationship management outcomes.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Two years related work experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA state SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
