The educator will develop students vocal and keyboard skills while contributing to a strong inclusive performing arts : Massachusetts teaching license in Music K-12/512 or eligibility for licensure Demonstrate piano proficiency and choral conducting skills Secondary-level teaching experience preferred Citizenship residency or work visa requiredPrimary Responsibilities: Deliver standards-aligned instruction in high school choral music and piano/keyboard courses Direct and rehearse choral ensembles and prepare students for concerts performances and competitions (i.e. Districts All State ACDA MICCA etc.) Assess student learning and maintain accurate academic records Create and maintain a safe inclusive and respectful learning environment consistent with DESE educator expectations Collaborate with colleagues families and administration to support student success Participate in professional responsibilities including meetings professional development and school events
