Are you a Parts Supervisor at a main dealer looking for the next step in your career Were looking for a switched-on hands-on Parts Manager to lead a busy well-run department within a 10-bay workshop and strong walk-in trade environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants to grow with a supportive business.

The Role

Oversee and support 2 Parts Advisors
Ensure smooth daily operations including early-morning deliveries (from 7am)
Manage stock ordering and workflow using Pinnacle
Work closely with the workshop to keep technicians moving and customers happy
Handle walk-in trade customers with confidence and professionalism

Working hours: 8:00am 5:30pm Monday to Friday
(Early starts are shared within the team meaning early finishes too)

What Were Looking For

Main dealer parts experience (essential)
Current Parts Supervisor or strong Senior Parts Advisor ready to step up
Organised proactive and commercially aware
Confident leading a small team and setting standards
Comfortable working in a busy workshop environment
