About the Role:
Join Motive as a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II and be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency within our Sales Operations group. This dynamic role goes beyond traditional support positioning you as a strategic partner to Sales & Sales Ops leaders. Youll play a pivotal role in scaling our successful operations model enabling our teams to focus on high-impact initiatives that fuel our companys growth and success.
What Youll Do:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze data to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide critical business insights.
- Project Management: Assist in managing multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous quality assurance processes.
What Were Looking For:
- Professional Background: 1-3 years in business intelligence sales operations or related fields with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets Excel and Salesforce is essential; Tableau and SQL proficiency is preferred.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication skills with a proactive adaptable mindset. A detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Finance Data Science or a related field is encouraged; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 12 months tenure at Motive
- 6 Months in current role
- No active Warnings/PIP
- L3s & L4s are eligible to apply.
