As a Senior Partner Diversity & Inclusion you will play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive high performing organisation. You will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives partnering closely with leaders and stakeholders translating strategy into practical measurable outcomes that strengthen culture and wellbeing across the Department.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and embed the departments D&I Strategy action plans and major programs ensuring they deliver sustainable and measurable culture and workforce outcomes.
  • Partner with HR colleagues and business delivery groups and employee networks to co-design initiatives grounded in lived experience and diverse perspectives.
  • Leverage strategic partnerships with external organisations and sector bodies to deliver value scale impact and drive systemic-improvement.
  • Establish clear meaningful metrics and measures of success track progress and support leaders to use insights and evidence to inform decision-making.
  • Work in close partnership with peer HR specialists to provide trusted expert advice that addresses structural and cultural barriers affecting inclusion equity and wellbeing.

About You

You are a collaborative values-driven professional who builds trust and momentum through strong partnership and thoughtful influence. You bring demonstrated experience designing and delivering effective diversity and inclusion strategies and programs and working with cultural sensitivity and integrity across diverse stakeholder groups. You are comfortable navigating complexity while translating strategy into practical people-centred solutions. A self-starter with strong planning and judgement you balance strategic thinking with disciplined delivery to achieve successful outcomes.
