As a Senior Partner Diversity & Inclusion you will play a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive high performing organisation. You will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives partnering closely with leaders and stakeholders translating strategy into practical measurable outcomes that strengthen culture and wellbeing across the Department.

You bring demonstrated experience designing and delivering effective diversity and inclusion strategies and programs and working with cultural sensitivity and integrity across diverse stakeholder groups. You are comfortable navigating complexity while translating strategy into practical people-centred solutions. A self-starter with strong planning and judgement you balance strategic thinking with disciplined delivery to achieve successful outcomes.
