Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Assistant to join our team in Chesterfield this role you will provide essential support to clients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others while working in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing dressing and grooming.
- Help with mobility and transferring as needed.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Monitor clients physical and emotional well-being and report any concerns to supervisory staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow care plans and company policies to ensure the highest quality of service.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
- Reliable trustworthy and able to maintain client confidentiality.
- Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be required.
