As our Technology Risk Optimisation Manager youll be the engine behind making Technology Risk & Control simpler stronger and smarter. Youll cut complexity improve tools standardize processes and turn insights into real change.
Youll dive into risk data to uncover trends spotlight gaps and drive better decisions. Youll also help shape our threeyear strategy support workforce planning and strengthen financial oversight making sure weve got the right people and capability where it matters most.

What youll do
- Drive transformation across Technology Risk & Control by streamlining risk processes introducing automation and lifting overall risk outcomes. Youll partner across the function to design and deliver automated controls continuous monitoring and simplified assessment approaches.
- Support strategic planning including shaping the 3year Technology Risk strategy workforce planning financial oversight and reporting.
- Review and refine core processes and standards such as issue management and risk assessment templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Turn risk data into insights by translating complex information into clear narratives that support smarter datadriven decisionmaking.
What were looking for
- Experience as a (Senior) NFR Officer or similar role with 3 years in risk areas relevant to Technology Risk Management.
- Solid understanding of risk management within the banking industry including awareness of emerging regulations and industry trends.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations external regulatory requirements and associated processes procedures and systems.
- Demonstrated experience implementing policies and procedures in complex environments.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across both functional and geographical teams.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
