We arelooking for:Internal Medicine and EmergencyVeterinaryAssistant

Schedule: Internal Medicine- Tuesday-Thursday 8am-6pm and Emergency- Friday 8am-6pm

The Internal Medicine team is constantly working with our internists to provide information to our clientsregardingpatient careupdatesand treatments. This is one department thatfocuses on relationship building as patient care is longer in duration.If you want to combine your love of animals and clients this is the department for you!

Whatyoulldo:

Set up for ultrasound and radiology procedures.

Set up andassistwith endoscopic procedures (GI nasal urinary airway).

Manage appointments obtainhistoriesand updatepatientsinformation

Accurate and thorough documentation of medical records

Patient discharge and client education

Who you are:

Prior veterinary experiencepreviousinternal medicineexperience desired

Proficientincalculations(drugs constant rate infusions unit conversions etc.)

Flexibility with work hours and able to workadditionalhours when necessary

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:This position has an initial hiring range of $28.00 to $34.00 per hour based on skillset and experience.
