We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Field Manager to join Downers Telco Operations team based in Nelson with responsibility for the Upper South Island region including Canterbury West Coast and Tasman.

In this role youll provide senior leadership across fixed line mobile and wireless telco work streams leading a team of Field Managers and business leaders to deliver strong productivity Zero Harm and quality outcomes.

Youll focus on building a high-performing regional team developing capability driving engagement and embedding Downers values and culture. Working closely with key stakeholders youll support regional delivery strategies continuous improvement initiatives and future growth while maintaining a strong commercial and customer focus.

Youre a seasoned operations leader who thrives in complex multi-site environments and has a proven ability to deliver results through people. You bring commercial awareness strong judgement and a collaborative leadership style.
