Location: The Learning Experience Ledgewood NJ
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
Pay: $16-$17 per hour
- Support Lead Teachers in implementing daily lessons and activities aligned with The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Help maintain a safe clean and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Assist with daily routines including meals diapering rest time and classroom transitions
- Engage with children through play positive guidance and age-appropriate learning activities
- Observe children and share relevant updates with the teaching team
- Build positive relationships with families through professional communication
- Follow all NJ DCF licensing requirements health standards and center policies
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior childcare experience required
- Reliable nurturing and team-oriented
- Ability to meet all New Jersey childcare licensing and background requirements
