In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business operations supply chain product finance and more. Utilize your analytical prowess to identify opportunities for operational improvements implement scalable systems and drive automation to enhance efficiency with a particular focus on optimizing the physical flow and operations within the supply chain network. Whether youre managing network capacity initiatives overseeing cross-functional programmes or focusing on strategic projects your impact will be visible and ongoing and contribute directly to our commitment to being the most customer-centric company on earth.
To be successful in this position you need to be comfortable working across the entire business and be exposed to a wide range of functions from Operations Finance Technology and Change management. The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal instruction and oversight manage multiple tasks and support projects simultaneously. Maintaining your relationships with the customers in operations and within the team while owning deliverables end-to-end is expected. Critical to the success of this role is your ability to work with big data develop think big initiatives communicate findings in a clear and compelling way and work effectively as part of the team raising the bar and insisting on high standard.

- Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organization
- Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations
- Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs seeing them through from start to finish
- Enhance operational performance on every programme in partnership with your stakeholders
A day in the life
As Senior Supply Chain Manager youll drive and manage the implementation of creative data-driven change in Amazon leading improvement projects and programs. Youll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan.
- Bachelors degree in supply chain business engineering finance or related technical or quantitative field
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of supply chain experience
- 3 years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 3 years of corporate program management experience
- Masters degree or MBA in supply chain management operations engineering analytics or related field
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
