Job Summary
Fixed Operations Director position oversees the daily operations and ensures the efficiency of our businessprocesses. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for managingstaff streamlining operationsand implementing effective strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills a keen understanding of dealership operational process and the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies that align with our companies goals. Overseeing daily operations ensuring that all department work effectively and efficiently. Managing staff performance through regular feedback training and developing initiatives. Analyze operational data to identifyareas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Coordinate with the parts department to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and company policies. Prepare reports for upper management regarding performance and improvement plans.
Skills required is a proven experience as an Fixed Operations Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills. proficient in data analysis and performance operations metrics. Needs to have exceptional problem solving skills with a strategic mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communicationskills both verbal and written. Familiarity with budgeting forecasting and financial management is a plus. Proficient in using software tools related to operations management.
