Job Summary
Responsible for answering telephones scheduling appointments checking patients in checking patients out. Clerk is responsible for the entry of all patient information and charges into the billing system. Occupational Service Rep II will also be certified in drug screen collections breath alcohol equipment Pulmonary Function Training and audio metrics. Occupational Service Rep II will participate in offsite projects.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 year in a medical clinic or related field Previous billing experience
Strong understanding and knowledge of DOT and OSHA standards and guidelines. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills strong attention to detail.
DOT drug screen certification; DOT certification for BAT; PFT certification; Audio certification
