Dining Room Preparation

Meal Service

Safety & Regulatory Compliance

• Champion safety by upholding FDA food safety standards and Regulations.
• Ensure dining operations meet sanitation and cleanliness standards worthy of a healthcare-focusedenvironment.
• Follow resident-specificdietary guidelines and collaborate closely with nursing and dietary partners to ensure wellbeing at every meal.

WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED

Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to speak read and write English.
• Knowledge of food service sanitation and safety practices preferred.
• Understanding ofspecial diets and textureshelpful.

Experience

• Previousexperience working with seniors preferred.
• Experience in dining or hospitality settingsbeneficial.
