As we continue to grow across Europe we are excited to add a Strategic Sales & Analytics (SSNA) Senior Leadto oversee theBenelux market(Netherlands Belgium Luxembourg). Based in the Netherlands this role will serve as theregional SSNA lead for Benelux playing a critical leadership role within the Strategic Sales & Analytics organization.

Reporting to the SSNA Ninja Director the SSNA Senior Lead will ownmarket strategy performance analytics pricing and promotion recommendations and overall business health trackingacross key retail partners in Benelux. This role requires a highly strategic commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced data-driven environment and is comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across markets.

What Youll Do

Benelux Market & Category Leadership

  • Act as theBenelux category expert owning deep understanding of market trends pricing architecture promotional effectiveness and competitive dynamics across NL BE and LU.
  • Ensure the brand iswinning share across Beneluxby proactively identifying performance gaps and leading corrective actions.
  • Partner closely with Sales Marketing and Commercial leadership to define and executeregion-specific category strategiesthat drive distribution shelf space and in-store visibility.
  • Deliver real-time POS and market analysis to enable rapid decision-making and course correction at both country and regional level.

Business Performance & Strategic Insight

  • Ownend-to-end financial and commercial performance analysisfor Benelux including variance analysis trend tracking and opportunity sizing.
  • Develop and maintainexecutive-level dashboards and reportingto provide clear visibility into key KPIs across markets and customers.
  • Serve as astrategic thought partnerto Sales Finance Marketing and Operations ensuring alignment on priorities and commercial plans.
  • Translate complex analytics intoclear compelling recommendationsfor senior leadership and regional stakeholders.

Strategic Sales Analytics & Reporting

  • Lead delivery ofdaily weekly and monthly performance reportingacross Benelux covering sales category trends pricing and promotional effectiveness.
  • Identify market opportunities category white spaces and competitive risks to inform regional growth strategy.
  • Own theBenelux Master Event Calendar ensuring tight coordination of promotions launches and retail initiatives across markets.
  • Evaluatepre- and post-promotion performance quantifying impact and continuously improving promotional ROI.
  • Track and optimize key KPIs including promotional lift price elasticity margin impact and sell-out performance.

Cross-Functional & Regional Leadership

  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams acrossSales Marketing Finance Supply Chain and R&Dto deliver against Benelux objectives.
  • Act as thecentral SSNA point of contact for Benelux ensuring consistency of approach while accounting for local market nuances.
  • Support capability building andbest-practicesharing across markets within the SSNA community.

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field (advanced analytics or MBA a plus).
  • 810 yearsof experience in strategic sales analytics category management commercial strategy or business analytics ideally in FMCG or consumer durables.
  • Proven experience operating atsenior stakeholder level with the ability to influence without authority across markets and functions.
  • Strong analytical expertise with the ability to turn complex data into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency inExcel PowerPoint and BI/analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence presenting to leadership teams.
  • Strong prioritization skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
  • Proactive solution-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying and acting on growth opportunities.
