What youll do
Responsibilities may vary depending on the specific position assigned to but they may include:
External Reporting
Assist in the preparation of external and legal entity financial documents for regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
Support data validation and accuracy in compliance with financial reporting standards
Collaborate with internal reporting teams to ensure alignment of internal reports with external and legal entity disclosures
Student SCM Operations Category Management
System administration and maintenance
Drafting legal agreements and amendments
Data analysis and visualization
Student Data & IT Vendor Management
Manage the endtoend lifecycle of IT software hardware cloud SaaS and data subscriptions including proactive renewal planning new product and service requests and coordination to prevent service interruptions
Support the administration of IT contracts and software licensing including participation in negotiations reviewing schedules and Statements of Work managing contract changes and assisting with annual licensing assessments
Maintain accurate vendor contract inventory and budget data producing clear reporting and insights that support operational planning compliance and IT leadership decisionmaking
Commercial & Development Pipelines & Terminals (HMGP)
Assist in financial analysis business case development and economic modeling to support commercial initiatives
Working closely with Commercial & Development Advisors to prepare presentations budgets forecasts and long-range plans
Who you are
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in Canadafull-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g. work visa).
Available to begin work in September 2026.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Solid analytical and Microsoft Suite skills specifically Excel.
Excellent interpersonal judgement and decision-making skills.

Education
Must be enrolled in a Business Undergraduate Program (Finance Commerce Economics Accounting Marketing areas preferred) at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work termOR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term.
Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered.
New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
