What youll do

Responsibilities may vary depending on the specific position assigned to but they may include:

External Reporting

  • Assist in the preparation of external and legal entity financial documents for regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.

  • Support data validation and accuracy in compliance with financial reporting standards

  • Collaborate with internal reporting teams to ensure alignment of internal reports with external and legal entity disclosures

Student SCM Operations Category Management

  • System administration and maintenance

  • Drafting legal agreements and amendments

  • Data analysis and visualization

Student Data & IT Vendor Management

  • Manage the endtoend lifecycle of IT software hardware cloud SaaS and data subscriptions including proactive renewal planning new product and service requests and coordination to prevent service interruptions

  • Support the administration of IT contracts and software licensing including participation in negotiations reviewing schedules and Statements of Work managing contract changes and assisting with annual licensing assessments

  • Maintain accurate vendor contract inventory and budget data producing clear reporting and insights that support operational planning compliance and IT leadership decisionmaking

Commercial & Development Pipelines & Terminals (HMGP)

  • Assist in financial analysis business case development and economic modeling to support commercial initiatives

  • Working closely with Commercial & Development Advisors to prepare presentations budgets forecasts and long-range plans

Who you are

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canadafull-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g. work visa).

  • Available to begin work in September 2026.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Solid analytical and Microsoft Suite skills specifically Excel.

  • Excellent interpersonal judgement and decision-making skills.

Education

  • Must be enrolled in a Business Undergraduate Program (Finance Commerce Economics Accounting Marketing areas preferred) at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work termOR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term.

  • Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered.

  • New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
