The UNSW Founders Program supports UNSW staff students and alumni to build entrepreneurial capability networks and companies that create positive impact.
The Program Coordinator Entrepreneurship plays a critical role in enabling effective operation delivery and continuous improvement of UNSW Founders entrepreneurship programs. This position acts as a central coordination planning and execution function across programs projects reporting and stakeholder engagement. A core purpose of the role is to facilitate support and continuously improve the internal processes systems and culture of the UNSW Founders Entrepreneurship team while providing high-trust high-judgement operational and secretariat support to the Director to enable effective decision-making and delivery.
This role reports to the Director of Entrepreneurship and has no direct reports.

You bring demonstrated experience coordinating complex programs and projects or providing high-level executive support within fast-paced multi-stakeholder environments. You have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships exercise discretion and influence and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Highly organised and proactive you excel at managing competing priorities meeting deadlines and applying sound judgement and initiative in dynamic settings. You work productively both independently and as part of a collaborative team confidently balancing multiple addition you have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability and willingness to adopt emerging productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT) to deliver efficient accurate and contemporary administrative support.
