Job Summary

A leading aircraft leasing platform is seeking a Pricing Associate to join its high-performing team in Dublin Ireland. This role sits at the heart of transaction execution supporting the pricing and structuring of complex aircraft leasing and trading opportunities.

The Opportunity:

Act as a core commercial partner on new aircraft orders sale & leaseback transactions and secondary market activity
Own and enhance transaction models stress testing economics and risk across a range of deal structures
Provide clear commercially grounded recommendations to deal teams and senior stakeholders
Bridge the gap between origination teams and the wider finance function to ensure transactions are accurately structured and understood
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of commercial analysis capability tools and processes

Key Requirements:

Experience within aviation leasing aircraft finance asset management or a closely related sector
Strong grounding in financial modelling scenario analysis and transaction economics
Clear understanding of value drivers in aircraft leasing transactions
Commercially minded detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-paced deal environment
Degree and/or professional qualification in finance engineering or a related discipline

Required Skills:
