About the RoleThe Electrical Engineer supports the safe reliable and efficient operation of a high-volume manufacturing facility. Youll design support and improve electrical and automation systems across production packaging and utilities while partnering closely with maintenance operations and safety teams. This role is ideal for hands-on engineers who enjoy troubleshooting continuous improvement and working in a collaborative plant Youll DoDesign maintain and improve electrical systems for manufacturing and packaging equipmentSupport power distribution systems including MCCs panels switchgear and transformersTroubleshoot electrical controls and instrumentation issues to minimize downtimeSupport PLCs HMIs VFDs servo drives sensors and industrial networksAssist with equipment startups commissioning and validationPartner with OEMs integrators and contractors on automation and capital projectsEnsure compliance with NEC NFPA OSHA GMP and company safety standardsParticipate in arc flash LOTO and electrical risk assessmentsLead or support capital projects and continuous improvement initiativesCreate and maintain electrical drawings standards and documentationTrain maintenance personnel on new systems and electrical best practicesWhat Were Looking ForBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field35 years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of industrial power distribution and control systemsExperience troubleshooting electrical and automation systemsAbility to read and create electrical schematics and panel layoutsExperience with PLC platforms VFDs and servo controlsProgramming experience with SQL Python or C is a plusOrganizational ValuesSafety Teamwork Customer Focus Ownership Initiative CreativityThis role demonstrates Safety through strong electrical standards and risk awareness Ownership by ensuring reliable plant operations and Teamwork through close collaboration with maintenance operations quality and EHS partners.
