Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator (Auction)

Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to step into a specialist auction-focused role working across a diverse portfolio of residential commercial land and investment properties. One of the standout perks of this position is that properties exchange contracts on the day of the auction meaning no long chains and faster commission earnings. The role offers excellent progression variety and a genuine MondayFriday work pattern with no Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential buyers and sellers through networking referrals and proactive business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors buyers solicitors and stakeholders
- Conduct accurate property appraisals and valuations setting realistic auction guide prices
- Manage auction listings from instruction through to exchange
- Oversee marketing activity across online portals social media and traditional channels
- Negotiate the best possible outcomes for both sellers and buyers
- Stay up to date with market trends pricing and demand within the auction sector
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal processes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within estate agency sales
- Proven experience conducting property valuations
- Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the property market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive target-driven mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop within the auction land and commercial sectors
- Team-focused attitude with a positive approach to collaboration
Package and Benefits:
- Salary: Basic with OTE 38000
- Uncapped commission structure
- Commission paid promptly following auction exchange
- Exposure to a wide variety of property types including residential commercial land garages and investments

- 28 days annual leave
- Monday to Friday 9am 6pm (NO SATURDAYS)
