How youll make an impact
- Collaborate on custom transformer designs with a strong focus on safety and hazard mitigation.
- Lead the design and development of threephase and singlephase transformers.
- Analyze designs systems and components requiring advanced technical expertise.
- Support prototype builds testing and design updates based on results.
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes materials and manufacturability.
- Champion technology implementation and Design to Value (DTV) initiatives.
- Provide technical mentorship and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your background
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
- 35 years of experience in electrical design or product development ideally in transformer engineering.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without the need for employersponsored authorization.
- Experience with 3D CAD tools; PTC Creo proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Clear concise communication skills for diverse technical and nontechnical audiences.
