Introduction
The Manager Global Tax & Subsidies will report to the Director Global Tax & Subsidies and be responsible for global tax reporting including tax accounting under IFRS and German/EMEA tax and related compliance.

Your Job

Prepare and review interim and annual global income tax provisions under IAS 12 Income Taxes including current and deferred taxes and effective tax rate.
Prepare and review global tax account rollforward and income taxes payable reconciliation for Germany and other EMEA jurisdictions.
Manage Germany and other EMEA tax compliance and advisory matters.
Monitor the introduction of new tax legislation and accounting pronouncements to ensure compliance and correct income tax accounting.
Engage in corporate tax planning.
Prepare forecast effective tax rate guidance for internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with GF team members including FP&A Accounting and Financial Reporting.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in accounting Masters degree or equivalent preferred
8 years of experience in taxation.
Tax experience in a public accounting firm or a combination of public accounting and public company experience preferred.
Analytical strong business/commercial sense team player result-oriented with high levels of drive and initiative.
Effective workload prioritization and meeting of deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
