Roles & responsibilities
Conducting end to end financial due diligence
Identification of issues and carrying out the relevant financialanalysis
Undertaking smaller assignments or assisting in largerassignments reporting to Associate Director or Director
Writing Sections of an FDD / VDD report
Analyzing in depth the financial information (trial balancesincome statements balance sheets and cash flows)
Highlighting unusual trends observations and frame questions formanagement
Interacting with the client or target management
Reviewing data books prepared in accordance with firm andprofessional standards and in accordance with the requirementsof the project
Reviewing the work performed by the subordinates and coachingthem
Establishing strong professional relationships with onshore teammembers
Providing support/assistance for proposals/business development

Educational qualifications
CA / MBA Qualified
Work experience
3-5 years of total work experience2 years of relevant work experience required
Mandatory technical & functional skills
Prior experience in project scoping effort estimate project workplanning team handling staffing performance management etc.
Credible record of operating as an independent contributor andalso working as part of a team during larger projects
High problem-solving skills; ability to drive through to an outcomein circumstances of complexity and ambiguity
Goal driven -should be focused on helping clients meet theirrequirements -by developing answers and solutions when clientrequirement remains unclear / changes and by providingrelevant insights and key questions to fit the client objective
Preferred technical & functional skills
Prior experience in performing detailed financial statementanalysis and a strong working knowledge of the field of accounting.
Strong analytical strategic and commercial experience inadvising clients on engagements.
Passionate about Deal advisory with a history of learning continuously from experience and to seek out development opportunities
