Job Summary

Profile:Infrastructure Management Exe-Real Estate-Surat-35k

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in related field

Salary Range: 25k to 35k

Roles:

Identify and scout suitable commercial properties (retail spaces commercial complexes standalone buildings) as per company requirements
Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations with good visibility footfall & accessibility
Prepare location feasibility & analysis reports (competition demographics cost-benefit)
Handle end-to-end property acquisition including negotiations with property owners brokers & landlords
Coordinate with legal teams for lease agreements ensuring compliance with local laws & company policies
Manage statutory approvals & documentation including Gumasta license and local permissions
Oversee branch setup & handover activities from acquisition to operational readiness
Coordinate with interior designers for timely execution and smooth branch handover
Manage and supervise furniture infrastructure & other vendors
Act as the single point of contact between company and property stakeholders during acquisition & setup

Qualification:

Any Graduate
(Equivalent practical experience can be considered)
