What youll do

VistaPrint is looking for a Lead UX Designer located in Spain to join our Vista Corporate Solutions (VCS) product experience group. This covers a suite of enterprise and consumer-facing solutions that simplify how teams create manage and order custom print and digital promotional items.

More specifically youll focus on the experience for both admins and customers: enabling admins to manage budgets and permissions and helping customers purchase track orders and access real-time support. Youll approach the experience holistically partnering with product teams to ensure the experience is seamless scalable and best-in-class. Youll also partner with your product team to influence and align the roadmap to deliver customer-obsessed product experiences.

Heres a list more comprehensive view of what we expect:

• Drive end-to-end experiences helping Admins understand and manage spend for their organization while ensuring Shoppers have a seamless purchase and approval experience.
• Responsible for the user experience for the Purchase and Spend Management team from discovery to delivery using user-centered design methods to craft simple and intuitive design solutions to complex challenges.
• Deeply involved at every stage of the design and development process from discovery through detailed design execution and iteration. Creating high-quality user flows wireframes clear UI and prototypes on your own or by collaborating with other designers.
• A valuable partner to cross-functional teams including brainstorming with collaborators around product problems solutions requirements and priorities.
• Part of the decision-making process to identify and prioritize strategic product design work and how initiatives are explored and performed upon.
• A partner to data consumer insights and UX research teams for foundational guidance on product direction and new concept validation.
• Responsible for ensuring cohesiveness with the VistaPrint design system and VistaPrint Corporate Solutions marketing brand guidelines.
• An evangelist for user-centered design methods within the domain and across VistaPrint.

Your Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience designing sophisticated digital products preferably with experience in enterprise tools.
• 4 years of experience working collaboratively with product engineering design content and user research teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered creative highly conceptual and innovative design solutions that had measurable positive impact for users and the business.
• Experience utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inspire design decisions and solutions.
• Ability to move between high level design and detailed design and between future concepting and near-term implementation.
• Ability to build strong cross functional relationships with cross functional peers including designers product managers and engineers.
• Ability to clearly present design concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences.
• Highly skilled with type hierarchy color composition contrast and other graphic design fundamentals.
• Passionate about design trends tools processes and methodologies and willing to learn and share new insights with the team.
• Highly skilled with design tools such as Figma AI prototyping tools like Lovable/Figma Make/Cursor etc. to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and/or in highly matrixed organizations.

Nice to Have:

• Relevant degree in field of Design or HCI.
• Ability to plan moderate and complete a variety of goal-oriented workshops across collaborators leading to exciting new ideas new-found consensus and critical alignment.
• Experience designing across responsible web and native mobile platforms as well as within large-scale digital ecosystems.
• Experience identifying and prioritizing features as well as participating in complex roadmap planning
