Why This Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident organised Appointment Setter and Sales Administrator to join our team remotely.

You will be working with an AI technology business that is building something genuinely different.

This is not a call centre role and it is not about reading scripts all day.

You will be supporting our leadership team by speaking with business owners booking high quality sales meetings and keeping our sales process clean organised and moving forward.

You will be working on AnswerFlow our flagship AI Voice Agent product.

AnswerFlow is a professionally voice cloned AI agent built in a customers exact voice trained to behave exactly as they want and able to take real actions during live calls.

It answers inbound calls qualifies callers properly books appointments and handles real customer conversations end to end.

This is not a chatbot with a phone number it is a serious operational product that customers rely on every day.

About the Role
As a Senior Appointment Setter you will be responsible for supporting our sales operation. Your role is to create high quality conversations and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include:
Calling prospects from highly targeted outbound calling lists
Handling warm replies from outbound email campaigns
Having confident professional conversations with business owners
Qualifying interest and booking sales meetings
Confirming appointments and reducing no shows
Updating CRM records accurately and consistently
Sending follow up emails and calendar invites
Supporting light sales admin tasks to help deals progress smoothly

You are not responsible for closing deals.
You are responsible for setting things up properly so deals can close.

About You
Are you someone who takes pride in doing things properly and understands that small details matter.

Personal characteristics required:

Confident communicator on the phone
Highly organised
High attention to detail
Reliable and consistent
Comfortable speaking with business owners
Able to follow processes and improve them over time
At least one year of relevant appointment setting or sales support experience

You will start with the why understand what you are booking and for who and take ownership of your work.
