Our organization seeks an Assistant Manager Marketing Account Management to lead our key Marketing executions for the Singapore team. If you have a business mindset to support Marketing excellence via GTM executions a positive attitude towards collaboration both internal and external and have a good sense of understanding the B2B buyers Journey combined with a strong foundation for platform Marketing this might be the right role for you.
The role is primarily responsible for the Advanced solutions pillar Marketing services with an extended role for covering the unified communications.
Our ideal applicant has direct channel marketing experience and has executed multi-touch Campaigns in a B2B platform marketing environment with excellent project management and execution.
Highly desired is a mix of strategic planning aided by proactive self-aided research around vendor product/program offerings data-driven and basic research driven Marketing strategy effective ROI measurement of programs via commitment to pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop channel-specific marketing campaigns and event for assigned vendors supported by a clear Marketing strategy. Global alignment applies for select globally vendors.
- Maintain strategic relationships with existing vendors and channel partners with a view to grow our Marketing Services portfolio. All approved programs are to go through system-identified SOPs. E.g. PODIO.
- Partner with the companys strategically assigned vendors to drive brand product awareness and growth.
- Drive strong end user Marketing influence on top of our channel Marketing efforts. Integrated events and roadshows executions both digital or face-to-face where applies with a strive for enriched experiences. Identify agreed success KPIs and follow thru successful execution.
- Xvantage- Working with the regional Digital stakeholders to own and canvass our Digital Marketing Campaign playbook for respective vendors working closely on execution via our Digital Marketing country lead. (training on Xvantage shall be provided)
- Maintain a discipline with pipeline of approved and funded projects towards your P&L Measurements. Assist with resource and budget optimization before all necessary executions.
- Work with relevant departments to produce high-quality marketing material for promotions and product launches or end user industry events.
- Modernize marketing through digital and new-age marketing techniques.
- Assigned added responsibilities not limited to but particularly the health of our SG- Marketing performance and data-driven recommendations by an individual.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field. Degree in marketing a plus
- You are a seasoned strategic Marketeer with a business mindset with a minimum 10 years of relevant experience; experience with B2B Platform Marketing is a plus.
- This role needs strong collaboration and execution skills working with Product Managers and vendors. Demonstrated Marketing strategy experience with enterprise Vendors is a must.
- Basic understanding and use of MARKETO is Preferred
- Speed in execution rolling up your sleeves where needed working collaboratively with the team in many instances.
- Platform Marketing Campaign experience is highly desired.
- Strong networking and communication skills
- We need a positive mindset and someone who can be the voice both internally and externally. Always willing to stretch at times that need critical attention.
- Resilience to work independently in a very diverse environment and multitask is essential.
