Youll help customers migrate to the cloud modernize legacy applications and databases build cloud-native solutions and explore how GenAI & Agentic AI can drive their business forward.

Key job responsibilities
Partner with enterprise customers to design build and implement solutions across cloud adoption migration modernization and new workloads

Work hands-on with customer teamsbuilding prototypes proofs of concept and production-ready architectures together

Assess legacy applications and databases and co-create practical modernization roadmaps that reduce technical debt and enable innovation

Guide customers through cloud migrationshelping them move workloads efficiently and securely

Help customers explore how AI and emerging technologies can enhance their applications operations and customer experiences

Apply practitioner-level judgment to identify the right opportunities and focus effort where it creates the greatest customer and business impact

Navigate shifting priorities with agilityrealigning quickly as customer and business needs evolve

Share knowledge broadly through workshops technical content and community engagement

A day in the life
Your morning might start whiteboarding a migration strategy for a customer moving their first workloads to the cloud. By afternoon youre hands-onpairing with their engineers to build a proof of concept for modernizing a legacy database. The next day could be completely different: helping a customer design a cloud-native application or exploring how AI could solve a long-standing business challenge. Your recommendations carry weight because theyre informed by your own experience building. When priorities shift you adapt. Youre always learningand bringing that knowledge back to customers.

This is an Account SA role supporting our enterprise customers in Malaysia. Youll work across the full spectrumcloud adoption migration application and database modernization AI and new workloads. Were looking for someone who can complement our teams strengths with practitioner depth a builder mindset and curiosity across the technology landscape. Youll collaborate closely with account teams specialist SAs and partners. Strong alignment to Ownership Deliver Results Earn Trust and Customer Obsession is essential.

- Experience in specific technology domain areas like software development cloud computing systems engineering infrastructure security networking data and analytics
- Experience (non-internship) in professional software development or experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Experience with one or more of: cloud migration application modernization or database modernization
- Understanding of common architectural patterns and cloud-native design principles
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives involving cross-functional collaboration with strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences

- Experience working with fast-moving high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
- Experience across multiple domains: application development databases infrastructure networking and/or security
- Familiarity with modernization patterns (e.g. re-platforming refactoring containerization) and database migration strategies
- Curious & have experimented with AI and emerging technologies-and how they can augment human builders and drive business outcomes-with experience helping customers evaluate or implement AI/ML solutions
- 10 years of experience architecting migrating or building solutions on cloud platforms with hands-on experience with AWS services
- AWS certifications (e.g. Solutions Architect Associate or Professional) Or Contributions to the technical community through speaking writing or open source
