Job Summary
- Responsible for month-end closing ensuring accurate financial entries and timely reporting.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports within deadlines.
- Consolidate and submit Group reporting in compliance with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations and company policies.
- Perform AR matching and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Responsible for E-Invoice reconciliation consolidation and E-Invoice related matters
- Assist in implementing process improvements and internal controls for efficient reporting.
- Maintain accurate accounting ledgers and perform monthly reconciliations with supporting schedules.
- Prepare and support annual budgets forecasts and financial analyses for management.
- Assist in yearly audits collaborating with internal and external auditors.
- Manage ad-hoc financial projects and reporting tasks as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least degree in Accounting Finance or related field; professional certifications preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of finance experience in full-set accounts and financial reporting.
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with staff/ department within the organisation.
- Able to commit time to meet deadline and able to prioritise work with good time management.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- Independent and strong sense of responsibility.
- Detailed oriented and multi-task.
- Preferably candidates who has exposure in retail industry.
