Role: SAP HR Mini Master (PA/OM) Senior Consultant (Support Role)
Location: Anywhere in India
Shift: 11 AM - 8 PM
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 9-12 Years
Type: Contract to Hire


Requirements

We are looking for an experienced SAP HR ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors integrations. The role involves RICEF development data replication HR forms and payroll-related enhancements across ECC / ECP / S/4HANA landscapes.

This is a hands-on development role requiring deep knowledge of HR data structures infotypes payroll processing and integrations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design develop and enhance RICEF objects (Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms) using ABAP HR

  • Develop and enhance custom infotypes based on business requirements

  • Build and support HR forms including Salary Slips / Remuneration Statements using Smart Forms and Adobe Forms

  • Develop and support interfaces and data replication between SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and ECC/ECP Payroll

  • Work extensively with Logical Databases Payroll functions schemas and wage processing

  • Perform unit testing integration testing and debugging including employee replication issues

  • Create and maintain technical documentation aligned with functional specifications

  • Ensure developments follow SAP best practices and coding standards

  • Collaborate with functional integration and business teams


Must Have Skills & Experience

  • 912 years of overall experience with strong focus on SAP ABAP HR

  • Strong hands-on experience in:

    • SAP HCM modules: PA OM PT Payroll (PY)

    • Logical Databases Infotypes Payroll Processing

    • RICEF development

  • Mandatory experience in Employee Data Replication (SuccessFactors ECC/ECP)

  • Strong experience with:

    • BAPIs BADIs User Exits

    • OOABAP (ABAP 7.4)

    • RFCs OData APIs

  • Experience integrating SAP HR with:

    • SuccessFactors

    • Payroll systems

    • Other SAP and non-SAP systems

  • Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Good to Have

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and CDS Views

  • Exposure to SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)

  • ABAP Cloud Certification (optional)
