As an Airport Ground Staff your role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of airport operations and providing excellent customer service to passengers. Some of your key responsibilities and skills required for this role include: - Providing assistance to passengers during check-in boarding and disembarkation - Handling passenger inquiries and resolving customer complaints - Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and airport facilities Your duties as a Flight Attendant will include performing safety checks attending pre-flight briefings demonstrating safety routines and serving snacks to passengers. Additionally you will be responsible for taking care of the safety and security of the passengers on flights and serving meals on board to customers with your role you will be expected to greet and welcome passengers solve any issues they may have provide proper flight instructions keep a check on passengers and their safety and guide passengers to their respective seats.

Qualifications Required:

- Minimum 102 or a Graduate - Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage - Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
