Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering and stakeholder discussions
Analyze business processes and IT systems to propose solutions
Prepare and maintain BRD FRD SRS and user stories
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
Support Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning and reviews
Coordinate and support UAT and defect resolution
Ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations
Identify risks dependencies and improvement areas

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field
25 years of experience as an Business Analyst
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Waterfall models
Excellent documentation communication and analytical skills
Experience with Jira Confluence MS Excel and similar tools
Good understanding of databases APIs and system integrations

Good to Have

Experience in the Marian domain
Familiarity with domain-specific workflows and compliance requirements
Ability to translate domain needs into IT solutions

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design concepts. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Hibernate or similar. Familiarity with web development technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and related frameworks/libraries (e.g. Angular React). Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and SQL. Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
