Role overview

As Team Lead - Sales (US Market) youll spearhead our sales operations targeting US K12 schools districts and homeschool networks. Reporting to the Head of Sales youll build and mentor a high-performing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets leveraging your deep K12 domain expertise and proven US market success. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mentor and manage a distributed sales team focused on the dynamic US market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to US regions aligned with BrightChamps mission to deliver interactive coding and AI education globally.
  • Set and track sales targets and KPIs based on US market
  • Oversee pipeline management CRM usage and sales reporting for US markets
  • Drive a culture of accountability innovation and passion for BrightChamps mission to empower the next generation of tech leaders among your team.




Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in team leadership ideally in international or global sales.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate teams across cultures.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
  • Multilingual skills relevant to target US markets are a plus
  • Experience using CRM tools and analytics to drive data-informed decisions
  • Excellent communication skills for US stakeholders; ability to work IST-US time overlap.
