Job Summary
Role: Present breaking national and international news.
- Monitor and track breaking news in real time across national and international sources.
- Verify facts and sources with precision to ensure accuracy and credibility in reporting.
- Deliver news updates with clarity composure and engaging on-screen presence during live broadcasts.
- Collaborate with producers and reporters to prepare and adapt content for timely air.
- Maintain awareness of evolving stories and adjust coverage as events unfold.
Requirements
Requirement: Must be able to track and verify news in real-time while maintaining an engaging screen presence.
- Proven experience in broadcast journalism news anchoring or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal communication and on-camera presence.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and remain composed during live coverage.
- Strong research and fact-checking skills with a commitment to journalistic integrity.
- Proficiency in using broadcast tools and newsroom systems.
- Bachelors degree in Journalism Communications or a related field (preferred).
