Job Summary
Telesales - Tamil
Location: Padivattom Edappally
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales / Customer support. ( Consider Fresher with Good Comm Skills in Tamil & English)
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Tamil
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree is mandatory.
- Salary: Salary: 20000.00 - 25000.00 per month Incentives.
- Working Days: 5 days a week
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Tamil.
Explain products or services clearly and convincingly.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the team for process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales marketing BPO or banking.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.
