The ideal candidate will be proactive well-connected and capable of handling high-level financial communication and stakeholder relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term investor relationships
Create and implement capital raising strategies across geographies
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and disclosures
Organize investor events meetups and virtual conferences
Maintain and update the Investor Relations (IR) portal
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends
Work closely with senior management on budgeting and planning
Handle confidential documents and sensitive financial data with integrity
Requirements
Qualification: MBA (Finance/Marketing)
Experience: 515 years in capital raising investor relations or private equity
Must have strong communication skills and financial acumen
Preference for candidates located in Mumbai or Delhi
Ability to work independently or in a hybrid/freelance setup
