We are partnered with a world class IT services provider based in Spain but operating an working with clients on a global scale. They have a new opportunity for a Head of IT Infrastructure and Application Support to join them where you will ownership of the live infrastructure and application estate keeping services stable secure and better.
Youll lead the teams running live services across a hybrid environment own major incident response drive operational discipline and ensure new services are genuinely ready for BAU. Youll work at senior level translate technical risk into business impact and build an operational function the business can rely on.
This is a great role for someone who knows how to run a complex IT environment under pressure and improve things. You will be joining a growing Consultancy working on a global scale in a Senior operational leadership role focused on running stabilising and improving enterprise IT services.
The successful Head of IT Infrastructure and Application Support will have
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role in IT infrastructure and application operations
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing technical teams in a complex global environment and make clear decisions
- Strong knowledge to work with the team across Microsoft Virtualization Automation Databases and Collaboration platforms
- Extensive ITIL knowledge preferably with v4 Qualifications
