Print & Mail Operations Associate
On-site opportunity in the printing industry involving hands-on production bindery and inventory tasks. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with physical stamina and willingness to learn. Monday to Friday schedule with full training across operations in a supportive casual work environment.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $19.06.
11-month contract.
Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
1-hour unpaid lunch.
This is an on-site role based in Mississauga.
Responsibilities:
Operate equipment such as digital production printers envelope insertion machines hydraulic cutters perfect binding machines coil binding and folding machines.
Perform bindery kitting shipping and receiving and organize inventory.
Provide backup support and coverage across various production functions as needed.
Assist in training new employees and support peak workload periods.
Communicate improvement opportunities to the Site Lead and Manager.
Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing client and task requirements.
Deliver high-quality output aligned with production standards.
Work both independently and in collaboration with team members.
Participate in cross-training to support full operational coverage.
What you will need to succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent.
6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a services or production environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and equipment.
Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic computer literacy.
